What do you like most about networking events? What is one of the most refreshing or enriching experiences you had at a networking event?

Finding out about commonalities like learning someone is adopted like me or that they too were born in Italy. It takes delving in aside from work. For me, it's connecting to the person that leaves me wanting more.
