Attention all homeowners! TAX PROPERTY CREDIT

Take advantage of the Residental Energy Property Credit.
The credit has been increased from 10 to 30 percent of the cost of all qualifying improvements. The maximum credit limit is $1,500 for improvements made in 2009 and 2010. The time is now to make these improvements to save on your energy bill and your tax bill.
Some of the main improvements are:
Insulation - exterior windows - exterior doors - natural gas furnaces - central air conditioners - electric heat pumps - skylights - biomass stoves
So check it out and save yourself in more ways then one!
