Get Your Game On! Leadership
(FREE with Dames Bond Card)
[LINK]
9:00am - 11:00am
at Urban Coffee 7838 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, Oh 43235 If every person on your team led their business like you do, would you have a team of leaders, or a team of slackers?
The founding philosophy in the network marketing industry can be summed up in one word - duplication. But, duplication applies to all business. It is the measure of the effectiveness of our systems. Duplication is the goal, duplication is the magic, and duplication is what will allow you to experience the exponential growth curve of your compensation plan.
When you increase value of your service, and teach your team to learn, practice, and apply the proven success pattern, others can begin to do what you do, without you being everywhere, all the time.
If you want a great team, BE GREAT! It's that simple. It's a choice - what will you choose?

Get Your Game On! Team Building
(FREE with Dames Bond Card)
[LINK]
9:00am - 11:00am
at Urban Coffee 7838 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43235 Have you ever heard, "But, I don't like sales." ?
Have you ever heard the response, "Oh, I'm not in sales either. This isn't sales. We just share great products and share the opportunity. It really isn't like sales at all."
Neither of these people should be in business. Quite frankly, the person who responded won't be for much longer. Business is sales. Without sales, you don't have a business.
Most people do view enrolling new customers and team members as "selling" or "closing". However, if you are really in business on purpose and with purpose, then it's a natural step in a prospect's progression to benefiting from your product or service.
At the end of any presentation, the prospect should always be aware of their three choices, and be comfortable that whatever choice they make is fully accepted. When people have choices, they don't feel the "squeeze" or the pressure to get in. They will naturally choose what they want, based on the information you have provided them.
When you become effective at providing them with sufficient, correct information (no hype or hopium), they will be able to make a choice that works for them. When you honor their choice, no matter which of the three choices they pick, more often than not they will up-grade later on.
Integrity-based selling and a deep commitment to stay in and set the example of great personal business ownership is crucial to your long-term success.
